Titan Security is hiring a Scheduling Manager to supervise day-to-day security operations and ensure optimal staffing levels across client sites in Illinois. The role reports to the Director of Operations and emphasizes scheduling, client relations, and performance management.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED with at least 2 years as a supervisor in security or customer service, ability to obtain a state security license, and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED with 2 years experience as a supervisor in security or customer service.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Ability to acquire and maintain a security license if required by state.

Responsibilities

• Establish, maintain and review schedules to minimize overtime.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and employees.
• Report operational matters to VP Operations and senior management.
• Coordinate support services to meet financial and operational goals.
• Handle escalated security issues or emergencies appropriately.
• Monitor staff performance and administer disciplinary actions if needed.
• Record data like call-offs, tardies, emergencies, and equipment issues.
• Maintain personnel files and workforce management systems with HR.
