We are seeking a highly organized, self-driven Security Manager to oversee operations within a corporate environment. This role requires strong leadership, administrative precision, and the ability to operate confidently within a structured corporate setting.

We are specifically seeking candidates with prior experience in executive assistance, operations coordination, or high-level administrative support, as this role requires discretion, communication skills, and strategic oversight.

Qualifications

• PERC and 20 HR Basic Training certificates are mandatory.
• Previous experience as a Security Manager or in a similar role.
• Familiarity with security technology and equipment (cameras, CCTV alarms, etc).
• Understanding of best practices in security protocols.
• Experience with emergency response planning.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and other computer applications.
• High level of integrity and discretion.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Flexibility to manage a very full schedule.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement safety and security policies and procedures.
• Create and monitor the security operations budget.
• Hire, train, and supervise security personnel.
• Understand the security needs of the organization.
• Create and implement security procedures for specific events.
• Review incident reports created by security personnel.
• Resolve security breaches or incidents.
