Qualifications

• This job will primarily work third-shift hours.
• Previous experience with ground transportation reservation systems preferred.
• Multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment is crucial.
• Ability to communicate professionally in stressful situations.
• Aviation planning, dispatch, or security planning experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process and monitor orders for security services for Owners and Crew using multiple platforms.
• Provide daily management of external security vendors.
• Identify, develop, implement, and maintain security SOPs across units to reduce risks.
• Manage and maintain all QS Security spreadsheets, databases and records for Owner and Crew ground movements.
• Create the daily security schedule and incorporate new bookings into it.
• Refine and maintain the schedule for security services to mitigate risk in a dynamic environment.
• Escalate key issues to the Director of QS Security and communicate with Owner Services, Travel, and International Trip Planning.
• Ensure quality standards for service and owner requests.
• Manage invoicing for all security services provided.
