Job summary

NetJets, the global private aviation leader, is seeking a Director, Global Security to lead executive protection and manage a comprehensive security program across the organization. You will guide protective operations, advance planning, and crisis management while partnering with law enforcement and internal stakeholders.

The role requires 10+ years in executive protection, a Bachelor's degree, and US travel readiness.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise in executive protection (EP), including protective operations, advance planning, threat assessment, and risk mitigation.
• Proven ability to develop and execute protection strategies for senior executives and high-profile individuals.
• Experience conducting protective advances, site assessments, route planning, transportation coordination, and contingency planning.
• Strong background in protective intelligence and threat management with emerging risks.
• Experience coordinating protective operations with law enforcement, government agencies, security partners, and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations within Executive Protection, Owner secure travel, and event security programs.
• Respond quickly to critical security incidents affecting NetJets team members or Owners.
• Develop and maintain security processes across business units to reduce risk and liability exposure.
• Provide guidance on physical security, risk identification, and crisis management.
• Coordinate with other divisions to supportGlobal Security initiatives.
• Interface with GSOC as central emergency response for travelers and facilities.
• Lead communication with NetJets Global Security Team and travel-safe operations.
