Job summary

Global Elite Group is seeking aScheduler to provide basic administrative support and staffing operations for aviation security services. The role involves maintaining employee schedules, attendance, and data, processing time-off requests, and generating staffing reports.

Qualified candidates have at least 1 year of admin/scheduling experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook, and the ability to communicate effectively across diverse groups.

  • Experience working in administrative support, scheduling, payroll, timekeeping, or related fields.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor staffing levels and recommend scheduling adjustments.
  • Review contract post requirements and operational needs to create schedules.
  • Process time-off requests balancing operational needs and overtime.
  • Update and maintain attendance records and employee data.
  • Generate reports on staffing, attendance, overtime, and utilization.
  • Provide administrative support to the Director, Operations Managers, and HR Manager.

The scheduler is responsible for maintenance and distribution of employee schedules, monitoring attendance, and processing schedule change requests. Ability to model a culture of excellence and a well-trained, energized, and successful team.Able to support a culture where everyone matters, and everyone belongsAble to delight clients with quality services and superior experiencesA proactive thinker with an outgoing personality who is comfortable speaking in front of groups and interacting with company colleagues and employees.Responsibilities:Monitor staffing levels and make recommendations regarding scheduling adjustments and workforce needs.Review contract post requirements, staffing levels, and operational needs to create efficient workforce schedules.Develop and maintain employee work schedules to ensure contractual staffing requirements are met.Process time-off requests while balancing operational requirements and overtime considerations.Implement schedule modifications resulting from operational changes, leave requests, training requirements, and emergency staffing situations.Review, update, and maintain employee time and attendance records.Investigate and resolve scheduling discrepancies and timekeeping issues.Perform data entry and maintain records within scheduling, payroll, and workforce management systems.Generate reports related to staffing, attendance, overtime, and workforce utilization.Serve as a resource to management regarding attendance, scheduling, and workforce availability information.Provide administrative support to the Director, Operations Managers, and HR Manager as needed.Perform other duties as assigned.Strong passion for Aviation and/or Security industryA proactive thinker with an outgoing personality who is comfortable speaking in front of groups and interacting with company colleagues and employees.HS Diploma or G.E.DMinimum 1 year of experience in administrative support, workforce scheduling, payroll, timekeeping, or a related fieldMust be 18 years of age or olderMust be legally authorized to work in the United States and have IDs needed to verifyMust have great intrapersonal skills and be able to communicate effectively at various social levels across many diverse culturesWilling and able to participate in a drug test (either pre-employment or random) with negative resultsMust be willing to pass a 10-year verifiable background check (employment, education, criminal and personal references)Must have experience working with basic office equipment (copier, scanner, fax, printer)Must be proficient with Microsoft Office and OutlookMust obtain and maintain throughout course of employment a valid SIDA badgeCustomer Service experienceLanguage Skills: English Proficiency required (reading, writing, and speaking)Why Join Us?At Global Elite Group, we offer a dynamic and collaborative work environment where your expertise will directly contribute to the company’s success and growth.
