Job summary

Global Elite Group is seeking a results-driven aviation security professional to oversee station operations, working with the Site Director and Supervisors to manage guard forces across airport environments. The role emphasizes relationship building, proactive planning, and delivering compliant security services.

You will lead staffing, training coordination with Training and Compliance, and ensure adherence to TSA and client standards while fostering a culture of excellence and inclusion.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required; degree preferred.
  • 21+ years of age and legal authorization to work in the United States.
  • Experience in security, aviation, or related operations is desirable.
  • Ability to lead, train, and coordinate a diverse team; strong communication skills.
  • Knowledge of TSA regulations or airport security procedures is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day station operations following contract and TSA standards.
  • Coordinate staffing, scheduling, and badging under HR policies.
  • Administer payroll reporting within established guidelines and deadlines.
  • Conduct briefings and staff meetings; communicate policy changes effectively.
  • Ensure customer service excellence and maintain strong client relationships.

Ability to model a culture of excellence and a well-trained, energized, and successful team.Able to support a culture where everyone matters, and everyone belongsAble to delight clients with quality services and superior experiencesA proactive thinker with an outgoing personality who is comfortable speaking in front of groups and interacting with company colleagues and employees.Responsibilities:Working closely with teammates; monitors and directs the application of the security functions specified in the contractHave some knowledge of TSA regulations and apply as appropriate in daily responsibilitiesStation staffing, development of scheduling procedures, initial badging and in some cases, licensing are items under this positionManage the staffing to meet contract requirements inclusive of attendance, performance, and corrective actions in accordance with Human Resource policiesCoordinate with HR, Talent acquisition and Finance as neededAdminister payroll reporting within the established guidelines and deadlinesSound decision making considering contract, regulation, employee relations, cost, and financial considerationsReviewing and implementing station compliance relating to reporting procedures; administer procedural changes and ensure they are communicated effectively and efficiently with staff.Conduct briefings and occasional staff meetings.Working with the station administrator and coordinate with the Training and Compliance department on all training (initial and recurrent) of station personnel.Safeguarding company equipment and vehiclesRecognize the importance of Customer serviceTake direction from the Site Director and implement policiesBe responsive to the clientDetailed experience in managing people and processesKnowledge of airports and airlines is a desiredA proactive thinker with an outgoing personality who can use that personality speaking to groups and leading staff.HS Diploma or G.E.D (Degree preferred)Must be 21 years of age or olderMust be legally authorized to work in the United StatesMust have intrapersonal skills and be able to communicate effectively at various social levels across many diverse culturesWilling and able to participate in a drug test (either pre-employment or random) with negative resultsPass a 10-year verifiable background check (employment, education, criminal and personal references)Must be able to obtain and maintain an airport issued identification badge distributed by local the airport authority and (potentially obtain a US Custom’s seal).Successfully pass all training provided by the Company and the AirportExperienced in general office computers and equipment applicationsMust be proficient with Microsoft Office and Outlook with experience working in various applicationsA.C.E certification preferredLanguage Skills: English Proficiency required (reading, writing, and speaking)Why Join Us?At Global Elite Group, we offer a dynamic and collaborative work environment where your expertise will directly contribute to the company’s success and growth.
