Job summary

Global Elite Group, an aviation security company, is seeking a front desk/administrative role at DEN Airport in Denver, CO. The position involves badge processing, data entry, reception duties, and supporting airport operations under the Security team.

Candidates should have strong data entry skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office and Outlook, and reliable communication. The role requires 18+ and authorized US work status; background checks and drug testing are required.

Qualifications

  • HS Diploma or GED required.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • Must pass a drug test and a 10-year background check.

Responsibilities

  • Greet clients, guests, and visitors with a positive attitude.
  • Answer and direct phone calls; escalate urgent matters.
  • Ensure security measures for office access and badge control.
  • Maintain office supplies and reference materials for the team.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of shared spaces and offices.
  • Coordinate with maintenance for facility issues.
  • Enter training and payroll hours as needed.
  • Manage Airport badging process for new hires.
  • Maintain digital personnel files in HRIS and training certificates.

Salary Range: $23.00 - $25.00 Hourly

Position Overview

*Contingent Upon Contract Award* Basic administrative work; processing badge identification, handling check-ins, managing data entry for personnel, visitor and contractors. Working under the direct supervision of Airport Security, this role ensures accurate data entry, strict adherence to facility access control policies, and maintaining a seamless and efficient check in process. This role may also entail basic office reception work.

Responsibilities:
  • Greet clients, guests, and visitors with a positive and helpful attitude
  • Answer and direct phone calls- taking care to escal urgent matters appropriately
  • Ensure compliance with security measures for office access and announce guests appropriately to the person they are requesting to see- maintain positive control of all visitor badges
  • Maintain, organize, and order general office and kitchen supplies- ensuring our corporate team has everything they need to succeed
  • Maintain the cleanliness and over all organization of all general and shared use spaces within the corporate office (kitchens, conference rooms, training rooms)
  • Communicate with building maintenance to ensure timely handling of all facility management issues
  • Assisting with the entry of training and operational payroll hours
  • Manage Airport badging process for all new hires
  • Manage digital personnel files in HRIS (identification, attendance, and performance counseling)
  • Assisting with maintaining accurate, and up to date training reports and certificates and for all airports
  • Liaise with Management and Training Department to follow up on various training department needs
Qualifications
  • Strong passion for Aviation and/or Security industry
  • A proactive thinker with an outgoing personality who is comfortable speaking in front of groups and interacting with company colleagues and employees
  • Basic data entry skills required
  • HS Diploma or G.E.D
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and have IDs needed to verify
  • Must have great intrapersonal skills and be able to communicate effectively at various social levels across many diverse cultures
  • Willing and able to participate in a drug test (either pre-employment or random) with negative results
  • Must be willing to pass a 10-year verifiable background check (employment, education, criminal and personal references)
  • Must have experience working with basic office equipment (copier, scanner, fax, printer)
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office and Outlook
  • Must obtain and maintain throughout course of employment a valid SIDA badge
  • Customer Service experience
Language Skills:

English Proficiency required (reading, writing, and speaking)
