Job summary

Global Elite Group, a premier aviation security provider in the United States, seeks a Site Supervisor to oversee daily station operations and staff coordination with TSA, airport, and client standards. You will build strong relationships across teams, ensure compliant procedures, and drive service quality.

The ideal candidate has prior supervisory experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with MS Office.

Qualifications

  • HS Diploma or GED required.
  • 21 years of age or older.
  • Authorized to work in the United States.
  • Willing to pass a pre-employment drug test.
  • Able to pass a verifiable 10-year background check.
  • Experience supervising a team of security personnel preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and Outlook.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure all security functions follow TSA regulations and company policies.
  • Staffing and scheduling, including initial badging and licensing where applicable.
  • Maintain staffing levels per contract and client agreements.
  • Evaluate attendance and performance, implement corrective actions per HR policies.
  • Process payroll reports within established guidelines.
  • Ensure cost-effective station operations and compliance reporting.
  • Conduct daily briefings and coordinate with Training and Compliance on training.
  • Safeguard equipment and vehicles; provide excellent client service.

Ability to model a culture of excellence and a well-trained, energized, and successful team.Able to support a culture where everyone matters, and everyone belongsAble to delight clients with quality services and superior experiencesA proactive thinker with an outgoing personality who is comfortable speaking in front of groups and interacting with company colleagues and employees.Responsibilities:Ensure all security functions are performed in accordance with TSA (Transportation Security Administration) regulations and corporate policies.Responsible for station staffing, and development of scheduling procedures, including their initial badging and in some cases licensing.Responsible to ensure that staffing and scheduled hours are in accordance with contractual agreement with our client.Evaluate station attendance and performance deficiencies and administer corrective measures in accordance with Human Resources policies.Administer payroll reporting within the established guidelines and deadlines.Ensure cost effective measures across the station.Responsible for station compliance relating to all reporting procedures; administer procedural changes and ensure they are communicated effectively and efficiently with staff.Conduct daily briefings and occasional staff meetings.Working with the station administrator and coordinate with the Training and Compliance department on all training (initial and recurrent) of station personnel.Safeguarding company equipment and vehicles.Provide exceptional customer service to our clients.Qualifications:Must have previous supervisory experienceA proactive thinker with an outgoing personality who is comfortable speaking in front of groups and interacting with company colleagues and employees.HS Diploma or G.E.DMust be 21 years of age or olderMust be legally authorized to work in the United States and have IDs needed to verifyMust have great intrapersonal skills and be able to communicate effectively at various social levels across many diverse culturesWilling and able to participate in a drug test (either pre-employment or random) with negative resultsMust be willing to pass a 10-year verifiable background check (employment, education, criminal and personal references)Must be able to obtain and maintain a SIDA badge with Customs seal as distributed by local airport authority and US Customs and Border PatrolMust be able to pass any initial and recurrent training classes as administered by the company, and/or local airport authorityMust have experience working with basic office equipment (copier, scanner, fax, printer)Must be proficient with Microsoft Office and OutlookLanguage Skills: English Proficiency required (reading, writing, and speaking)Why Join Us?At Global Elite Group, we offer a dynamic and collaborative work environment where your expertise will directly contribute to the company’s success and growth.
