Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking a Commercial Security Sales Manager to lead a field office sales team, drive revenue growth, and strengthen customer relationships. You will connect strategy to daily sales performance and coordinate with Fire, HVAC, and other partners.

The role requires leadership, disciplined execution, and the ability to manage a fast-paced sales organization across the territory.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales experience with 3+ years in field sales management in B2B.
• Experience using CRM tools; Salesforce preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Able to travel nights and weekends to meet customer needs.
• Proven ability to build and lead high-performing sales teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a commercial security sales team to meet revenue targets.
• Drive business development, territory management, and product sales.
• Own profitability, RPU growth, and retention of customers and reps.
• Plan and implement sales operations across the territory.
• Set expectations for activity, quotas, and execution.
