Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years in B2B security or construction tech sales.
• Ability to prospect and close large commercial deals.
• Ability to read and discuss security system requirements with clients.

Responsibilities

• Own new account development in the Salt Lake City market and close business.
• Build and manage a structured prospecting cadence targeting decision-makers.
• Develop relationships with tenants, brokers, and contractors to identify opportunities.
• Forecast and manage an active pipeline from first contact to close.
• Lead client needs analysis, deliver proposals, and drive negotiations to close.
