Alert 360 Sarasota is hiring for an entry to mid-level sales role focused on B2B outside sales and self-generated leads. The position offers 100% commission with uncapped earnings, plus a robust benefits package and growth opportunities.

Typical responsibilities include building a lead network, presenting security solutions, closing deals, and maintaining client relationships while meeting performance targets. Strong communication and drive are essential.

Qualifications: QUALIFICATIONS &RESPONSIBLITIES

• Communicate with customers and leads to identify and understand product or service needs; identify and suggest products and services to meet those needs.
• Ability to close significant transactions by meeting face‑to‑face with potential or existing customers.
• Excellent customer relationship‑building skills, solid interpersonal skills, and a willingness to change or face difficult situations.
• You must be able to perform basic math and perform daily tasks from an iPad or smartphone.

REQUIREMENTS -

• Comfortable working for 100% commission.
• B2B, Outside Sales, Self lead generation is REQUIRED
• A high school diploma or equivalent GED is preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check.
• Must have reliable transportation with a good driving record, valid driver’s license, and current vehicle insurance.
• Weekend and evening availability!
• Must have good written and verbal communication skills.
