Alert 360 is seeking an Outside Sales Video Surveillance & Security Consultant in Austin to sell CCTV, mobile surveillance trailers, and smart home automation to businesses and homes. This role emphasizes high motivation, sales training, and consistent support from the team.

The position offers a 100% commission structure with training pay and uncapped earning potential. Weekend/evening availability is required, with full-time employment and full benefits.

• Experience in outside B2B sales is required.

Training Pay + 100% Commission - Uncapped!!!

• 3 Sales Weekly = $86,000-89,000 Annually
• 4 Sales Weekly = $115,000-118,000 Annually
• 5 Sales Weekly = $144,000-147,000 Annually
• 6+ Sales Weekly = $172,000-207,000 Annually

JOB SUMMARY

As the Video Surveillance & Security Consultant, this role is the face of Alert 360, dedicated to selling a range of solutions, including Stand-Alone Camera Systems (CCTV), Solar Mobile Surveillance Trailers, Powered Live Video Monitoring Hardware, Security, and Smart Home Automation to both businesses and homes.

Qualifications: QUALIFICATIONS & RESPONSIBLITIES

• Builds and maintains a network of sources from which to identify new sales leads.
• B2B, Outside Sales, Self-led generation – Not Required
• Highly motivated to achieve personal and company goals.
• Desire and drive to make money and be successful.
• Communicate with customers and leads to identify and understand product or service needs; identify and suggest products and services to meet those needs.
• Ability to close significant transactions by meeting face-to-face with potential or existing customers.
• Excellent customer relationship-building skills, solid interpersonal skills, and a willingness to change or face difficult situations.
• You must be able to perform basic math and perform daily tasks from an iPad or smartphone.

REQUIREMENTS

• Comfortable working for 100% commission.
• A high school diploma or equivalent GED is preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check.
• Must have reliable transportation with a good driving record, valid driver’s license, and current vehicle insurance.
• Weekend and evening availability!
