Job summary

Rocket Lab is seeking a Security Analyst Intern at its Wallops Island, Virginia site. You will collaborate with the security team to learn, conduct risk assessments, and research network infrastructure while growing professionally under mentorship.

Ideal candidates are enrolled in a related degree with at least one semester remaining. Candidates should have a GPA of 3.0 and 3+ months of general work experience.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in an associates, bachelor's, master's or doctorate degree program in field of criminal justice, national security, emergency management, or similar. and have at least one semester of school remaining post internship
• GPA of 3.0
• 3+ months of general work experience

Responsibilities

• Work with a mentor and security staff to apply knowledge and grow technical and professional skills.
• Collaborate with a fast-paced team to apply industry concepts to real challenges.
• Attend frequent 1:1s with mentors and supervisors to facilitate success and learning.
• Participate in tech talks and intern events to network with colleagues.
