Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. in Albuquerque, NM is seeking a Recruiter to attract and retain quality officers in a fast-paced environment. The role focuses on recruiting for security officer positions and performing HR administration.

You will post jobs, screen and interview candidates, coordinate offers, maintain files, and support new hire training, with in-office schedule Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM. A full benefits package and weekly pay accompany the position.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Must have a High School Diploma or G.E.D.
• Must have reliable means of communication & transportation.
• Proficient understanding of Microsoft Suite, Smartsheet, Oracle.
• Excellent customer service skills required.
• Prior experience in high-volume recruitment preferred.
• Reliable and self-motivated with strong planning and organization skills.
• Must be able to take initiative, achieve results, and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Perform various recruitment activities including job posting, screening and interviewing, and sending job offers to potential candidates.
• Review employment applications and match applicants with job requirements based on best recruiting practices.
• Identify and carry out sources for recruiting Security Officers, such as job fairs, colleges and universities, community organizations, etc.
• Maintain personnel files with utmost discretion.
• Assist with new hire training and orientation as needed.
• Carry out various HR/administrative duties.
• Constant communication with operations management team on recruiting updates, trends, and other hiring factors.
