You will participate in job fairs, screen applicants, and manage the interview process while following company policies and safety guidelines. The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Above average computer / technology skills.
• Excellent customer service and team leadership skills.
• Must be able to work independently.
• Must remain calm and professional in stressful situations.
• Great attention to detail.
• Professional demeanor.
• All candidates must participate in pre-employment screening (drug screen and background check).

Responsibilities

• Identifies potential sources for recruiting Security Officers, such as job fairs, associations, community organizations, agencies, military centers, schools, colleges and universities.
• Develops relationships to increase applicant flow by on-site visits to sources.
• Determines effective media campaigns with guidance from management (advertising, posters, etc.).
• Conducts initial interviews prior to referrals for secondary interviews and screening.
• Participates in applicant screening and refers candidates for follow-up interviews.
• Reviews applications and evaluates work history, education, training, and qualifications.
• Matches applicants with job requirements using file search methods.
• Informs applicants about duties, compensation, benefits, schedules, policies and opportunities.
• Maintains records of applicants not selected.
• Performs related duties as needed.
