Job summary

SpaceX is seeking a Technical Recruiter, Security in Hawthorne, CA to own end-to-end recruitment for mission-critical security roles. You will source, screen, interview, and onboard top talent, acting as a partner to client groups across IT, InfoSec, and physical security.

You will collaborate with directors and VPs, provide strategic staffing input, and drive offers and onboarding. Ideal candidates have 1+ years of recruiting experience (or 3+ years without a degree) and a proven record in

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 1+ years of recruiting experience; or associate degree and 2+ years of experience; or 3+ years of recruiter experience in lieu of a degree
• Experience with high-volume recruiting and IT/InfoSec/engineering domains preferred
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work with minimal direction

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment for security roles from sourcing to onboarding
• Screen and source candidates for requisitions
• Coordinate with client groups, discuss headcount and strategy, and provide interview feedback
• Attend interviews with hiring teams and support offer process including background checks and onboarding
