Qualifications

• Experience coordinating projects, programs, operations, or administrative initiatives in a professional environment.
• Strong organizational, administrative, and project coordination skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
• Experience using AI-enabled productivity tools to improve communication, reporting, workflow, or efficiency.
• Experience with Airtable or similar PM platforms (Smartsheet, Monday.com, Asana, Jira, Salesforce).
• Strong written and verbal communication across all levels of the organization.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support departmental projects and operational improvement efforts from planning through implementation.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, meeting materials, action items, and status updates.
• Administer the employee locker program and maintain related documentation.
• Coordinate equipment locking device installation across MSK locations.
• Process requests for new keys and maintain key control historical files.
• Prepare presentations, reports, dashboards, and communications for Security leadership.
• Analyze operational data and provide insights to improve visibility and workflow.
