MSK is seeking a highly organized and technology-savvy Project Coordinator to join our Security Services team. In this role, you'll partner with Security leadership to coordinate projects, manage key operational programs, maintain critical records and reporting systems, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency through technology and process improvement. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys project coordination, operational support, data management, and collaborating across departments to drive meaningful results.
Coordinate and support departmental projects, initiatives, and operational improvement efforts from planning through implementation. Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, meeting materials, action items, and status updates. Administer the employee locker program and maintain related documentation and records. Coordinate the equipment locking device installation program across MSK locations. Process requests for new keys and maintain key control historical files and tracking systems. Maintain records of patient property and found property, ensuring proper documentation and disposition. Prepare presentations, reports, dashboards, and project communications for Security leadership and key stakeholders. Analyze operational data and provide insights to improve project visibility, communication, and workflow efficiency. Partner with internal departments to address project-related inquiries, coordinate activities, and support operational needs. Schedule: Monday-Friday, Hours between 7am and 5pm, must be flexible.

Compensation Philosophy
Benefits Pay Range: $62,600.00 - $97,100.00
