Novo Nordisk is seeking a Security & Facilities Specialist in New Jersey to coordinate workplace operations, access control, and vendor management while supporting incident response and travel security. This role reports to the Director of Security & Workplace Solutions and collaborates with IT, facilities, and external partners.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree with relevant experience in corporate administration, facilities coordination or security administration.
• Experience supporting vendors, records, reporting, scheduling, events, communications, or sensitive administrative processes preferred.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills across functions and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate workplace operations, employee service requests, shared spaces, vendor support and maintenance.
• Support security operations: access control, badging, visitor management, incident reporting and emergency notifications.
• Maintain and administer user data in access control systems and generate weekly reports.
• Manage vendor documentation (MSAs, POs, invoices, contracts) and project logs.
• Provide program, project and administrative support for process improvement, risk management and business continuity.
• Coordinate with global teams and external partners to support collaboration and crisis response.
