Job description

Administers Member security programs by processing submissions, maintaining records, coordinating vendors, supporting invoicing, auditing, and budget activities, and ensuring compliance with House fiscal policies and program requirements. Supports daily operations, assists with resource coordination, safeguards sensitive information, and maintains knowledge of House Rules, applicable laws, and Sergeant at Arms policies.

Job Requirements:

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Mathematics, related field or equivalent experience.

Work Schedule:

This is a full-time, permanent position. The anticipated work schedule will be Monday through Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

PhysicalRequirements and Work Environment:

This job is based in a typical officeenvironment. Actual weight handled varies, but the role involves handling itemsincluding books, documents, and equipment weighing up to 25 lbs. The incumbentshould be capable of meeting physical requirements, which may include sitting,lifting, bending, crouching, walking, and standing.

OtherSignificant Factors:
  • Job requires on-call support.
  • Job does not typically require travel outside of Capitol campus.
  • Job may be required to report to work in all conditions.
  • Job may require various shifts, extended hours, or weekends.
