LMI Government Consulting seeks a Security Manager (FSO/SSO) to lead the security posture across DoD and IC programs in Tysons, VA. An active Top Secret/SCI clearance with polygraph is preferred, overseeing security analysts and coordinating with government customers and subcontractors.

The role enforces federal, contractual, and company policy requirements, safeguarding personnel, facilities, and sensitive information.

Qualifications

Seven+ years of progressive government security program management experience.
Experience supervising security analysts and coordinating with government stakeholders.
Strong knowledge of NISPOM, ICDs, SEADs, COMSEC and classified networks.

Responsabilités

Lead security program administration in compliance with NISPOM, ICDs and SEADs.
Oversee physical and technical security programs including access control and surveillance.
Manage personnel security, including processing and tracking clearances via DISS/NBIS.
Deliver security training and awareness programs per guidelines.
Draft and enforce security policies spanning corporate and program levels.
Coordinate security audits, inspections, and corrective action plans.
Collaborate with ISSM/ISSO on RMF and cybersecurity requirements.
Serve as primary security liaison with CORs, customers, partners, and subcontractors.
