Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum seven years of progressive experience in industrial or government security program management, including team supervision.
• Active Top Secret/SCI clearance with polygraph (preferred).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including policy writing and incident reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and maintain security programs compliant with NISPOM and ICDs.
• Oversee physical and technical security programs and access control systems.
• Direct personnel security, including processing and tracking clearances and visits.
• Deliver security education and awareness programs per government guidelines.
• Draft and implement security policies to align with regulatory mandates.
• Coordinate security audits, inspections, and corrective action plans with leadership.
