Job summary

East Penn Manufacturing Co. is seeking a Security Manager to lead physical security, asset protection, security investigations, and emergency preparedness programs for its facilities. The primary location is Lyon Station, PA with periodic travel to other sites.

You will collaborate with Personnel, Environmental Health & Safety, Legal, and operations leaders to maintain a safe, secure, and resilient workplace while ensuring uninterrupted business operations.

Qualifications

• Ten or more years of progressive physical security, asset protection, law enforcement, military, or related experience.
• Five or more years of leadership experience in security operations or a related function.
