Job summary

A leading security management firm is seeking a Security Manager responsible for overseeing physical security measures to protect assets and personnel. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 10 years’ experience in security management, especially in manufacturing or warehouse environments, and will implement security policies while conducting audits and incident responses. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential, along with relevant certifications. The role includes up to 50% travel.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years’ experience in military, law enforcement, and/or corporate security management.
• Experience at a manufacturing or warehouse facility.
• Training and/or certification in Security Management or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, implement and enforce security policies according to PSMS.
• Conduct regular security audits to identify vulnerabilities.
• Respond to security breaches and coordinate appropriate responses.
