Qualifications

• Active Interim Secret Clearance required or ability to obtain.
• 2+ years in security operations or equivalent experience.
• Strong mentoring, motivation, and team management abilities.
• Understanding of Profit & Loss, budgeting, and financial decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage field operations across multiple client sites.
• Serve as primary client contact and ensure exceptional service.
• Oversee staffing, training, and performance for a ready workforce.
• Monitor budgets, payroll, and financial controls to drive profitability.
• Participate in client reviews, develop proposals, and execute service strategies.
• Build professional networks with security organizations like ASIS and NCMS.
• Identify market opportunities and support business development efforts.
