Securitas Technology is seeking a Program Manager to oversee Fortune 1000 and national accounts, coordinating across Sales, Service, and HQ to ensure successful electronic security implementations. You will manage resources, timelines, and customer relations to drive service excellence and profitability.

Responsibilities include leading program teams, reporting on performance, and planning for future opportunities with multi‑geography accounts. Strong communication and MrS skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in project management within security integration or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to National/Key accounts, managing service/implementation performance and customer satisfaction.
• Lead regular face-to-face meetings with Program teams to discuss performance, projects, issues, and plans.
• Coordinate with Sales, Service, and HQ Support to allocate resources and schedule work.
• Interface with customers as needed to manage expectations and outcomes.
• Develop and maintain project plans, reports, and dashboards for oversight and governance.
• Ensure projects are on time, on budget, and within scope; drive continuous improvement.
