Job summary

Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. in Abilene, TX is seeking a Security Program Manager to lead and coordinate a major client's security program during a growth phase.

You will serve as the primary client contact, oversee staffing, budgeting, training, and service delivery, ensuring compliance with MSAs and SOWs. The role requires strong leadership, multinational account management experience, and a focus on high-quality customer service across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred and a minimum of 8 years of progressively responsible management experience in business administration or a closely related field.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Visio, SharePoint and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Serves as a key point of contact to ensure the client security program is managed to expectations and responds and resolves issues in a timely manner.
• Manages P&L for account in collaboration with VP and account management team; analyzes operational and financial indicators to improve performance.
• Coordinates with Global Clients Vice President to provide highest level of service; implements programs and initiatives as directed.
• Performs Security Risk Reviews of client facilities and coordinates with client for events or emergencies.
• Ensures branches focus on high quality customer service and supports profitable business retention.
• Plans staffing and scheduling to meet client requirements while controlling labor costs.
