Job summary

Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. is seeking a Security Program Manager to lead and coordinate the security program for a large, high‑profile client in Abilene, TX.

You will manage client service, staffing, post orders, billing, and training to ensure delivery in line with the Master Service Agreement and Securitas standards. This onsite role offers a competitive salary of $100,000 to $105,000 per year, a comprehensive benefits package, and opportunities for growth as the client’s operations

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred and a minimum of 8 years of progressively responsible management experience in business administration or a closely related field.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Visio, SharePoint and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key client contact to ensure the security program meets expectations and resolve issues promptly.
• Manage P&L for the account with executives; analyze financial indicators to improve performance.
• Coordinate with Global Client VP and account team to provide high-level service and implement programs.
• Conduct Security Risk Reviews and support events or emergency coverage as needed.
• Ensure staffing, scheduling, and labor cost control across branches; drive performance improvements.
