Job summary

Encore Village of Schaumburg is hiring a PRN Security staff member. Shifts are primarily evenings and overnight with an on-call rotation, focusing on resident satisfaction and safety.

Responsibilities include emergency response, security patrols on foot or by vehicle, reporting safety hazards, lock/unlock duties, incident reporting, valet parking services, and assisting the Resident Services Team at reception. Must be 21+ with a valid driver's license and clean driving record.

• Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Emergency responder and security patrols (pedestrian/vehicle).
• Report safety hazards and handle lock-ups/unlocks.
• Prepare incident reports and assist with maintenance requests.
• Provide valet parking services as needed.
• Offer wheelchair escorts and welfare checks for residents.
• Support Resident Services at the reception desk when needed.
• Answer, screen, and direct telephone calls to appropriate staff.
• Generate maintenance work orders per the Work Order Policy.

Requirements:

• Valid Drivers License required with a clean driving record.
• Must be 21 years of age.
