Qualifications

• Strong, hands-on Salesforce Platform expertise with deep knowledge of org architecture, data model, sharing and security model, permissions, Shield, and declarative/programmatic customization.
• 7–12+ years of professional experience in security, with a meaningful tenure at a Big 4 consulting firm or equivalent Salesforce-focused services practice.
• Understanding of security fundamentals and controls frameworks (NIST CSF, ISO 27001, SOC 2, CIS Controls) applied to Salesforce.
• Proven ability to lead client-facing Salesforce platform assessment and implementation engagements and navigate complex stakeholder environments.
• Strong pre-sales and business development instincts—comfortable presenting, shaping solutions, and defining statements of work.
• Experience delivering security assessments, IAM reviews, data classification, or compliance readiness on Salesforce.
• Salesforce certifications strongly preferred (Administrator, Platform App Builder, Security Specialist, Data Cloud Consultant).

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver end-to-end security engagements for enterprise Salesforce Platform environments.
• Advise customers on security controls, governance frameworks, and compliance posture within Salesforce architecture.
• Partner with account teams and sales leadership to drive pre-sales efforts including discovery, scoping, and executive presentations.
• Serve as trusted advisor to C-suite security stakeholders, translating Salesforce mechanics into risk and compliance terms.
• Develop and refine delivery methodologies, accelerators, and reusable assets for Salesforce security.
• Contribute to thought leadership, GTM strategies, and mentoring on Salesforce security best practices.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Trust teams to stay current on Salesforce security roadmap.
