Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a seasoned Security Practices Director to join our Professional Services team, focusing on delivering security and compliance engagements across Salesforce, Data Cloud, and Agentforce. This role requires deep hands-on knowledge of the Salesforce Platform and security best practices, guiding customers through assessments and implementation work at scale.

Qualifications

7-12+ years of professional services experience in security or a Salesforce-focused security practice.
Strong knowledge of security fundamentals and controls frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, SOC 2) applied to Salesforce.
Experience leading client-facing Salesforce platform assessments and implementations.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end security engagements for enterprise customers in Salesforce environments.
Advise on security controls, governance, and compliance within Salesforce architecture (org structure, sharing, permission sets, Shield).
Drive pre-sales efforts including discovery, scoping, and executive-ready presentations.
Act as trusted advisor to C-suite and security leaders, translating platform mechanics to risk terms.
Develop and refine delivery methodologies, accelerators, and reusable assets for Salesforce security.
Mentor teams and contribute to thought leadership, GTM strategies, and cross-functional collaboration.
