Salesforce is seeking a seasoned Security Practices Director to join the Professional Services team in the United States. You will lead end‑to‑end security engagements for enterprise Salesforce environments, advise on controls and governance within Salesforce architecture, and partner with account teams on pre‑sales efforts.

The role requires deep platform fluency, strong executive presence, and Salesforce‑focused security expertise.

Qualifications

• Deep hands-on Salesforce Platform experience with org architecture and security model
• 7–12+ years in a Big 4 or equivalent Salesforce‑focused practice
• Knowledge of security controls frameworks (NIST CSF, ISO 27001, SOC 2) applied to Salesforce
• Proven client-facing leadership in platform assessments and implementations
• Strong pre-sales and business development instincts
• Salesforce certifications preferred (Administrator, Platform App Builder, Security Specialist, Data Cloud)
• Excellent executive communication and presence

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end security engagements for enterprise Salesforce environments
• Advise on security controls, governance, and compliance within Salesforce architecture
• Drive pre-sales efforts with discovery, scoping, and executive presentations
• Act as trusted advisor to C-suite security stakeholders
• Develop delivery methodologies and reusable assets for Salesforce security
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering and Trust teams on security roadmaps
