Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a seasoned Security Practices Director to join the Professional Services team. You will lead end-to-end security engagements for enterprise Salesforce environments and guide customers on governance, compliance, and platform security.

In this role, you’ll work with account teams on pre-sales, design scalable security solutions, and mentor a growing practice across Agentforce, Data Cloud, and core Salesforce architecture. Strong Big 4 experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 7–12+ years of professional security leadership experience.
• Previous Big 4 consulting or equivalent Salesforce-focused practice.
• Strong knowledge of security controls frameworks (NIST CSF, ISO 27001, SOC 2).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end security engagements for enterprise Salesforce environments.
• Advise on security controls, governance, and compliance within Salesforce architecture.
• Drive pre-sales efforts with discovery, scoping, and executive presentations.
• Mentor teams and develop reusable security assets for the practice.
