Job summary
State Street Corporation is hiring a Security Platform Governance & Resilience Lead in Boston/Quincy, MA, to govern and improve the Security Platforms portfolio across cyber operations. You will own governance, performance metrics, and executive reporting, coordinating audit activities and driving resilience planning with platform engineering and risk stakeholders.

- Experience with internal audits, regulatory exams and compliance.
- Strong ability to translate operational data into insights.
Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain governance across Security Platforms.
- Develop platform health, performance and resilience metrics.
- Own governance of roadmaps, initiatives and service improvements.
- Coordinate audit and regulatory activities affecting the platform portfolio.
- Drive operational resilience planning and testing.
- Partner with engineering teams to improve maturity and consistency.
