Qualifications

At least 4 years of experience in technical program management or cybersecurity program delivery.
Experience managing complex cross-functional initiatives with technical teams and risk stakeholders.
Experience with Jira/Confluence and program tracking tools.
Cybersecurity program delivery or remediation coordination experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Coordinate end-to-end regulatory cybersecurity remediation testing activities from planning through execution and reporting.
Drive day-to-day team execution, manage dependencies, and remove blockers to maintain delivery momentum.
Own and maintain Jira and Confluence spaces used to track testing progress and program artifacts.
Coordinate with remediation owners, Lines of Defense, and stakeholders to align with timelines.
Manage stakeholder engagement for test plans, feedback, and validation reports.
Prioritize and balance testing demand across resources; oversee retesting and related findings.
