Job summary

State Street in Massachusetts is seeking a Senior Security Testing Delivery Lead to drive coordination and operational management of regulatory security testing and assurance activities. You will partner with testing teams, Lines of Defense, and program stakeholders to keep testing on track and properly governed across multiple workstreams.

You will manage day-to-day operations, remove blockers, and ensure transparent progress, aligning execution with remediation timelines and regulatory

Qualifications

• 4+ years in technical program management, cybersecurity program delivery, or related roles.
• Experience managing cross-functional initiatives with risk stakeholders and governance partners.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, and other workflow tracking tools.
• Experience supporting cybersecurity, technology risk, audit, or remediation programs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end regulatory cybersecurity remediation testing activities from planning through execution and follow-up.
• Drive day-to-day team execution by facilitating stand-ups, managing dependencies, and removing blockers.
• Own and maintain Jira and Confluence spaces to track testing progress and artifacts.
• Coordinate with remediation owners, Lines of Defense, and program management to align with timelines and commitments.
• Manage stakeholder engagement for test plans, feedback, and validation reports.
• Prioritize testing demand and balance resources across multiple workstreams.
• Coordinate overlap between regulatory retesting and PenTesting findings and ensure proper follow-up.
