Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Patrol Emergency Support in Honolulu, HI to safeguard clients across various properties. The role involves unarmed patrols, customer service, and adherence to site policies while maintaining a visible security presence.

You will respond to incidents, log activities, and communicate with supervising personnel. The schedule is full-time with daytime hours, and the position requires minimum licensing and background checks as applicable.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and property management personnel by carrying out security-related procedures and emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, tenant concerns, access-related issues, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of commercial property buildings, parking areas, common areas, and perimeter locations.
• Monitor access points and observe activity, reporting unusual conditions and policy violations.
• Maintain accurate activity logs and incident reports and communicate with supervision and site contacts.
