Job summary

Allied Universal, a leading security and facility services company, is seeking a Security Officer (Full Time, Unarmed Alarm Monitoring Patrol) in Honolulu, HI. You will monitor assigned areas, respond to alarms, and provide a welcoming, safe environment for guests and staff at a hospitality site.

Responsibilities include conducting rounds, handling incidents calmly, and communicating clearly with clients. Minimums include a HS diploma, background check, and drug screening where allowed by law.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Alarm panel experience preferred.
• Guard Card or license preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background investigation will be conducted.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements subject to state/local laws.
• A valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter; adapt to client-site conditions.
