Qualifications

• Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with laws.
• A drug screen will be required where permitted by law; licensing requirements may apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to guests, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of hotel grounds, guest areas, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter locations.
• Respond to incidents, guest concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
• Monitor access points and support access-control procedures for guests, employees, vendors, and deliveries.
• Prepare clear and accurate reports of incidents and patrol activities for site leadership and supervision.
