As a Security Officer Full Time Patrol Driver Gated Residential Community Access Control in San Juan Capistrano, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and vendors by carrying out site-specific access control procedures, security-related policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials and visitor authorizations, maintain visitor logs, and direct guests according to property procedures.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating matters according to established protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of common areas, parking facilities, building entrances, and the property perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or maintenance concerns.
• Communicate professionally with property management, tenants, and emergency responders while documenting daily activities and incidents accurately.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
