• Monitor cameras, access control systems, and communications equipment; report unusual activity and maintenance concerns.
• Conduct regular patrols of interior areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations to deter unauthorized activity.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel while carrying out site-specific access control procedures and security-related policies at a technology, media, and telecommunications location.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, maintain visitor and contractor sign-in records, and direct authorized individuals to appropriate areas in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to access-related incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following emergency response protocols when appropriate.
• Monitor cameras, access control systems, and communications equipment; report unusual activity, unauthorized access attempts, and maintenance concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned interior areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
