Allied Universal, North America's leading security and facility services company, is seeking a Part Time Security Officer Patrol Driver Building Access Control in Irvine, CA. You will serve clients across commercial real estate, maintaining a welcoming front-desk presence, monitoring access, and assisting visitors. Salary: $21.00 per hour.

Schedule: Sat 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM and Sun 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM. Requirements include 6 months security experience, valid driver's license, strong customer

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of security-related experience is required.
• A valid driver's license is required.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid are preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check and drug screening conducted.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and building personnel by carrying out site-specific procedures.
• Greet visitors, verify credentials, and direct guests according to site procedures.
• Monitor entry points and report unusual activity or maintenance issues.

Pay Rate: $21.00 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and building personnel by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-control protocols, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Serve as a professional front-desk presence in a commercial office environment, greeting visitors, verifying credentials, and directing guests according to site procedures.
• Monitor building entry points, visitor activity, and available security-related systems; report unusual activity, policy concerns, and maintenance issues to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established escalation and emergency procedures.
• Maintain accurate visitor, access, and incident documentation while communicating clearly with tenants, visitors, and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 6 months of security-related experience is required.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid are preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
