• Provide customer service to residents, guests, vendors, and visitors by following site-specific procedures, policies, and emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of residential areas, amenities, parking areas, access points, and perimeter to identify and report issues.
• Monitor access to the community and verify visitor and vendor entry as required; maintain accurate records of activity, incidents, and access.
• Respond to incidents and resident concerns calmly and professionally; escalate as needed per site procedures.
• Maintain a professional presence and communicate observations to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer, you will conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols throughout a residential community, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and respond to security-related concerns with professionalism. This driving post requires a valid driver's license. You will provide exceptional customer service, communicate clearly with residents and visitors, and represent Allied Universal's agile, reliable, caring, and integrity-driven culture.

Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $23.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

Sat 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM

Sun 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to residents, guests, vendors, and/or visitors by carrying out site-specific procedures, community policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of residential common areas, amenities, parking areas, access points, and perimeter to help identify and report unusual conditions or policy concerns.
• Monitor access to the community, verify visitor and vendor entry as required, and maintain accurate activity, incident, and access records.
• Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating matters according to site-specific procedures.
• Help maintain a professional presence throughout the community and communicate observations to Allied Universal leadership and/or designated site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
