This driving position requires a valid driver’s license. Pay Rate: $21.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Sat: 03:30 PM - 12:00 AM
• Sun: 03:30 PM - 12:00 AM

What You’ll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and appropriate emergency response activities at a commercial office property.
• Serve as a professional front desk presence by greeting visitors, verifying access authorization, issuing visitor credentials, and directing guests to the appropriate office or contact.
• Monitor lobby activity, access points, and available security-related systems, reporting unusual activity, maintenance concerns, and policy violations to the appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, visitor concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures and contacting emergency services when appropriate.
• Maintain accurate visitor logs, access records, and incident documentation while communicating professionally with property management, tenants, vendors, and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 6 months of security-related experience is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
