• A valid driver’s license and clean driving record are required.
• Age 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Subjects to background check in accordance with laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply prior to employment.
• Driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, contractors, visitors, and drivers by following site-specific security procedures and access-control policies.
• Monitor and control access at entry points by verifying credentials and directing authorized personnel.
• Respond calmly to incidents, alarms, and critical situations and escalate as needed.
• Conduct regular patrols of industrial buildings, access points, and perimeter areas to identify unauthorized activity.
• Complete accurate daily activity reports and incident documentation for leadership and client representatives.
