Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Access Control Systems Driver in Friendly, WV to safeguard clients across industries. You will manage entry points, monitor access activity, and support a secure environment at an industrial site.

A valid driver’s license and a customer-service mindset are essential for this full-time role. You will drive on a schedule while delivering professional service, maintaining records, and responding to incidents as needed.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required with at least 1 year of driving experience.
• Alarm panel experience preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by following security procedures and site policies.
• Monitor access control points, verify credentials, manage visitor entry, and maintain access records.
• Respond to incidents calmly and escalate concerns as directed.
• Conduct regular patrols around the business and perimeter, report unusual activity.
• Deter unauthorized access by maintaining a professional presence and following entry/exit procedures.
