Qualifications

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Background investigation required under federal, state and local laws.
Background histories considered in a manner consistent with laws.
Drug screen required where permitted by law.
Licensing may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver's license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to employees, contractors, and visitors by carrying out access-control procedures and site policies.
Monitor and control entry and exit points; verify credentials and maintain access records.
Respond to access-control alarms and incidents calmly following reporting procedures.
Conduct regular and random patrols of work areas and perimeter to identify unusual activity.
Communicate professionally with site personnel and visitors to maintain orderly access.
