Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and drivers by following site security procedures.
• Monitor entry/exit points, verify credentials, maintain visitor logs, and direct authorized personnel.
• Control access for vehicles and deliveries, document arrivals and departures, and report access concerns.
• Respond to incidents and alarms in a calm, professional manner per procedures.
• Conduct regular patrols of access points, parking areas and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.

What You'll Do

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access-control policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Monitor entry and exit points at an industrial location, verify credentials and visitor authorization, maintain visitor logs, and direct authorized personnel in accordance with site procedures.
• Control access for vehicles, contractors, vendors, and deliveries, including documenting arrivals and departures and communicating access concerns to appropriate site contacts.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of facility access points, parking areas, exterior grounds, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.

Minimum Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
