Job summary

FCS Security Services is launching a new site in Beaver Dam, seeking a Security Coordinator to lead daily operations and provide clerical support to the onsite Security Operations Team at the Data Centre.

The role involves maintaining calendars, coordinating onboarding/offboarding, supporting training matrices, and preparing monthly site reports. Candidates should be prepared for hands-on, field-adjacent duties aligned with global security standards.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a site security calendar to support overall operational effectiveness.
• Verify all shift handover reports have been filed and customer is aware of any issues.
• Assist in the maintenance of a master training matrix for the site security team to support the Training Coordinator.
• Administration of onboarding / offboarding as required by Vendor and/or Meta.
• Update Management on status of projects and tasks during operational meetings.
• Support the management of onsite escort request process to include; scheduling, metrics and communications.
• Record and document meetings; manage the assignment of tasks and timelines - ensure team deliver within set schedules.
• Audit and track restocking of officer uniforms ensuring compliance with quality and standards.
• Coordinate and compile the monthly site report for presentation to customer.
• Ensure alignment and standardization of regional documentation and reporting templates.
• Ensure all site relevant documentation is stored securely and accessible as required, maintain a document management system for all reports, SOPs and other relevant documentation.
• Assist as required in audit and compliance reviews for the site.
• Uniformed security personnel as per global standards.
