Job summary

Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. is seeking an Administrative Officer to serve as the principal assistant to the Security Team Manager and Site Security Manager for a high-security data center.

The role covers client service, problem resolution, scheduling, and training support, ensuring operations align with SOPs and audits. You will coordinate with FTOs and branch offices, conduct recurring audits, and assist with counseling and corrective actions while maintaining essential security

Qualifications

• Associate degree required; 4+ years in security industry and/or business management.
• Experience supervising staff is preferred.
• Equivalent education/experience acceptable as determined by the company.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Security Team Manager/ Site Security Manager as principal assistant.
• Coordinate training, scheduling, audits, and compliance.
• Ensure SOC systems maintenance and incident response support.
• Maintain training documentation and report security issues to leadership.
